Last month, BeerAdvocate Magazine hired me to spend some time with brewing guru Steve Parkes at his newly-opened Drop-In Brewing Company in Middlebury, Vermont. In addition to brewing some fantastic beer, Steve runs the American Brewers Guild at the Drop-In where he teaches the art of craft brewing to students from around the world.
Steve and his wife Christine are very friendly people and I appreciate the time they spent letting me photograph them for this piece. If you’re in the area, pay them a visit and try out their selection of beers.
