My images are available for licensing, both commercially and editorially. To license an image in one of my online galleries, add it to your shopping cart. An interactive form will lead you through the process of querying your intended usage and will produce a real-time usage fee. You can checkout using your credit card and download a high-resolution JPEG of the image for immediate use.
Prints come in a variety of sizes starting from 5"x7" up to a stunning 16"x20", or larger depending upon the photographic medium. The majority of the images exhibited here are either 35mm transparency film or high-resolution digital files from the latest Nikon digital cameras, both capable of producing beautiful 16"x20" finished prints. A smaller selection of images were captured using 4"x5" or 8"x10" Large Format, or 6x6/6x7 Medium Format cameras on transparency or black-and-white negative film, capable of producing photographs with incredibly high detail, sharpness, and resolution. Prints made with this equipment can produce stunning enlargements of 30"x40" or larger.
Most of the images are available as archival pigment ink photographic prints made on Epson printers and their Ultrachrome ink.
A limited selection of images (those originally captured using black-and-white film) are available as gelatin silver prints created in a wet darkroom, typically toned in Selenium and/or Sepia to imbue a hint of warmth to the monochromatic tones and enhance the longevity of the silver metal print.
A very small selection of images are available as Palladium metal prints on cotton rag watercolor paper. Because of the extensive time involved, cost of materials, and difficulty Palladium prints command a premium price.
Images are available mounted and matted using archival, acid-free museum boardand photographic papers, or matted and framed using Nielsen-Bainbridge anodized aluminum frame moulding. You have the option of choosing a matted or a matted and framed image when you add the image to your shopping cart.
Each print is made to order, so please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you place your order until it is shipped. As a working photographer, I spend most of my time on the road and only handle print orders between assignments.
I also do custom work, so if there's something you want that you don't see offered on the site, you'd like a specific size, or want to place a large order, please contact me for a quote.
I ship via UPS and United States Postal Service to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. A flat rate shipping charge will be calculated at checkout. Overseas or rush orders will require additional charges. Please contact me to obtain a shipping quote for your location.
I guarantee the quality of my prints. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return any print in new condition within a week of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges. The returned print must be well-packed in the original or similar shipping container to insure against damage while in transit. Any print that is damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no charge.
My prints come with a lifetime color guarantee. If your print fades or discolors, you may return it to me for replacement of the same image, same size, and similar mounting style at any time. Prints must be stored or displayed in a dry room out of direct sunlight. Replacement prints will not be issued for returned prints that have been damaged due to improper storage or display. For this reason, I only guarantee prints that are displayed inside a frame with proper glass or acrylic and acid-free materials. The guarantee does not extend to the frame moulding, glazing (acrylic or glass), or hanging hardware.
